Weight Loss Week 1

I am so bold and completely forgot about posting this on Sunday. (I blame sleepless nights thanks to the little man). My first week didn’t go exactly as planned due to laziness.

  • I managed to stick relatively well to no eating junk food, apart from one night when hubby came home with some snacks.
  • Exercise went slightly better, getting out for three one hour walks. I didnt break out the exercise dvd
  • I drank gallons of water and had planned on drinking my Pu-Erh Tea everyay but I only managed 3 days.

In total I lost 2lbs, considering I didn’t do very much, I feel this is a good weightloss. If I lost 2lbs every week I will get to my desired size by June. Which would be perfect as I am going bridesmaid dress shopping for my cousins wedding at the end of June.

My thing for this week is “Must Try Better” and so far so good. I’ve been out for two hour long walks already and not a bit of junk food has touched my lips. I’m also going to try drink more Pu-Erh Tea.
