Last week I had the pleasure of meetingSarah, the genius behind Pai Skincare, the experts on sensitive skin. Pai started when Sarah developed a bad skin allergy and struggled to find products on the market she could use. Fed up, she researched the ingredients in products to identify which caused flare ups. She was shocked to discover:
- Many chemicals used in skin care products can irritate the skin and cause allergies.
- These toxins can build up in the body and have been linked to wider health problems.

Pai defintiely seems to be the answer for those of us who suffer from sensitive skin and want to know exactly what is in the products we use on our skin. My favourite things about Pai are:
- All Pai products are certified organic by the UK Soil Association. (Far too many brands make natural and organic claims for their products that in reality are not what they claim to be)
- All ingredients are in plain English. The latin is an industry requirement but it is very confusing. Pai have taken away this confusion by putting the english translation beside the latin so you know exactly whats in their creams.
- All skin types ae catered for,not just senstive skin
